Magical Blogorail - Favorite World Showcase Pavilion

Welcome to the first stop aboard Magical Blogorail Peach. Enjoy the ride as we share our favorite World Showcase Pavilions.

All of the World Showcase pavilions are awesome and have so much to explore.  My hubby automatically said the Japan pavilion when I brought up the subject.  With the traditional Taiko drummers, Miyuki the candy artist (whom we saw for the first time recently... she is amazing!), and so much more, I almost agree with him.  But at the moment, I am completely obsessed with the UK and so that's my choice!  :)  It also helps that a couple of my favorite pictures are from our last trip to Epcot and happened at the UK pavilion.  I have some wonderful pictures of Ashlyn with Mary Poppins and Alice, but I've shared those so I'll spare you.  :)

Ashlyn had a lot of fun at The Toy Solider, a toy and memorabilia shop, where she spent some time defending the pavilion.

We almost came home with that sword and shield (not promising we won't come home with it next time lol).

If you're there, try to catch British Revolution.  They play British rock music from the 1960s through 1990s.  I sometimes forget that a lot of things I enjoy (shows, movies, music) came from the UK.

Like I mentioned, I am loving the UK right now and I really want to go visit.  The UK pavilion gives me a little taste.  I would LOVE to go to London for my birthday in January, but since it isn't in the cards right now, hubby is taking me to Epcot instead so I can at least hear the accent and eat some fish and chips.  ;)  That's the beauty of all the World Showcase pavilions.  You can spend a day learning a bit about lots of different cultures, or really explore a certain one that catches your interest.  Also, don't feel shy about talking to the Cast Members!  Many of them enjoy talking about their home and giving you some extra tidbits about their country.

Thank you for joining me today. Your next stop on the Magical Blogorail Loop is Joanna and her Amazing Technicolor Interwebs.
